"Poo bares" Obituary
"Poo Bare," This is the way his granddaughter Karina spelled that when she was a child.
Manuel Ramos Nabarrette, lovingly known as "Poo Bare," was born on September 24, 1942, in Stanton, Texas, to Ray Nabarrette and Elougia Ramos.
He grew up in a close-knit family alongside his six siblings: his brothers, Felipe and Ray, and his sisters, Ramona, Maryann, Lupe, and Rosa “Lulu."
Manuel was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose life was defined by his love for family, service to others, and unwavering sense of humor.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Sulema Nabarrette; his son, Manuel Nabarrette Jr.; his granddaughter, Karina Nabarrette, Christopher Lucio; and his cherished great-grandson, Kash Lucio, who brought him immeasurable joy.
He is also survived by his brother, Ray Nabarrette; his sisters, Maryann, Lupe, and Rosa "Lulu"; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Rene and Elvira Baza; their daughter, Sarah Husband Stephen Pulido; Their children, Scarlett and Stetson; his beloved grand dogs; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends whose lives were forever touched by his kindness, generosity, and love.
Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy will live on through the family he cherished, the friendships he nurtured, and the many lives he touched throughout his remarkable journey.
